You can return items of appropriate quality within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Ukrainian law "On Consumer Rights Protection." Returns are accepted if the item is unused, retains its original condition, tags, and receipt.
Processing takes up to 4 business days, after which the refund is issued to the original payment card. The store may refuse returns if the product’s condition is compromised.
Returns on Custom-Made Products
Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they have defects (Article 13 of the Ukrainian law).
Easy Return Service
Use Nova Poshta’s Easy Return service via their app:
- Open the Nova Poshta app.
- Go to “My Shipments” and select the parcel.
- Choose “Easy Return” and specify the reason.
- Create an electronic label and send the item.
Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except for manufacturing defects.
Note: Swimsuits are non-returnable.
